Pastoral Leadership

Paradee leads the ministry and vision of Long Beach First Church of the Nazarene, a congregation affiliated with the global Church of the Nazarene network. His focus emphasizes spiritual growth, community service, and evangelistic outreach. He oversees multiple staff members, provides pastoral care, and guides the church’s mission to serve both local and international communities.

Humanitarian and Mission Work

In addition to pastoral duties, Paradee organizes international mission efforts. A recent campaign, “Let’s Work Together to Bring Freedom to the Least of These,” aimed to free and educate enslaved individuals in South Asia. This initiative reflected his commitment to social justice and Christian compassion, seeking both physical and spiritual liberation for marginalized populations.

Education and Professional Background

Paradee studied at Harvard Business School Online, where he developed leadership and organizational management expertise. His background also includes decades of experience in ministry and counseling. He has served as Dean of Chapel Hill Academy and held pastoral and mentoring roles in other churches before his current appointment.

Community Engagement
